Why we started Precision Virtual Medical Solutions
I founded Precision Virtual Medical Solutions after seeing firsthand how demanding it can be for medical practices to balance excellent patient care with the daily administrative responsibilities required to keep an office running smoothly. With more than 10 years of medical-assistant experience in cardiology, oncology, and other specialty settings, I understand the challenges of managing patient communication, scheduling, medical records, EHR tasks, and follow-up care.
My passion comes from helping healthcare professionals regain valuable time to focus on their patients. Precision Virtual Medical Solutions provides dependable, detail-oriented virtual support that strengthens office workflows, reduces administrative burdens, and helps practices deliver a more organized and responsive patient experience.

As a Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant with more than 10 years of experience in cardiology, oncology, and specialty care, I understand both the administrative and patient-care sides of a medical office.
I am experienced with Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, and iKnowMed, as well as patient scheduling, telephone support, portal messages, medical records, referrals, follow-up coordination, and staff training. I bring professionalism, compassion, accuracy, and close attention to detail to every client relationship. Rather than offering one-size-fits-all assistance, I learn each practice’s workflow and provide personalized support that helps the team operate more efficiently while ensuring patients feel valued and cared for.
